When I hear a dish described as being very popular in a foreign country, I am game to try it. (If it's good for 89 million, it must be pretty good!) This dish did not disappoint. Sweet chili sauce and mayo make umami for these crunchy pumpkin nuggets. Served with cabbage and mushroom sauté on the side, and Jasmine rice.
