Late Summer Tomato Soup with Shell Beans and Squid

The first time I made this recipe, I was just trying to expeditiously consume¬†the endless¬†haul of tomatoes coming from my dad’s garden. It became one of my favorite recipes!¬†Rich tomato broth¬†is topped off with lightly fried squid rings. I never knew what a nice little protein squid was! It was delicious, adding some garlicky flavor to each bite. We bring you¬†a nice crusty baguette to eat it with.
