Baked Tilapia with Jade Rice and Snow Peas

This is a very light preparation of tilapia, but still robust with flavor. Tilapia is topped with a fragrant Asian sauce, then wrapped in a banana leaf and baked until it is cooked all the way. Paired with jade rice, which is an organic pearled rice infused with bamboo extract. Crunchy snow peas served on the side.
