Refund Policy

At Homegrown Foods, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your service. If you have any inquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Making great homemade dinners require that your deliveries are accurate and contain the best recipes and quality ingredients we can find. If you believe your order is lacking any of those elements, we will be happy to make arrangements to bring you the missing ingredient, replace the spoiled ingredient or refund your money. Please note that Homegrown Foods is not responsible for ingredients not stored properly. For spoiled ingredients, please email a photo of the item and when the problem was discovered to info@eatgoodathome.com.

In order to provide you the freshest ingredients, we place orders with our suppliers after your order has been processed. Therefore, if you wish to make changes to your service, such as suspending or canceling, you must do so by the Order Date posted on your My Home page, which is 4 days prior to your next delivery. For meal delivery, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed according to the Order Date.

For Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, we will issue refunds within six months of purchase date.

Kindly note, while we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
