Vegetable Soup with Pesto Grilled Chieese

Alright guys, on one of the last possible stretches of time before it becomes too hot to simmer soup stock from scratch, we give you Vegetable Soup. This is not your out-of-a-box stock, or canned variety with dull vegetables. Fresh herbs and vegetables come to life in this soup, and we are going to hunt for a cool noodle to go with it. This recipe comes with crusty bread to serve on the side.
