This salad may look like healthy ho-hum, but don't be fooled. It is comfort food at its finest. Like, I literally licked the sauté pan clean. Beautiful cannellini beans warm up in a rosemary-infused sauté of red pepper, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions and garlic, on a bed of romaine lettuce tossed with lemony-Italian vinaigrette and quinoa.
