Lazy Falafel with Fresh Pita and Greek Salad

Making little falafel balls and frying them is an art form, and thankfully falafel is just as tasty as crunchy pieces. So here we get full flavor of chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic and seasoning without all of the work. We also discovered that homemade pita bread is ridiculously delicious and easy, so this meal comes with dough for that and fixings for a side Greek salad.
