Pork Asado

When it comes to great sauces, Asian cuisine has some of the best of them. This simple pork, greens and rice dish is elevated with a sweet and sour asado sauce made with with star anise, Chinese five-spice and pineapple juice for the pork. We add some of Candy’s Seasoning from the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market for the Chinese broccoli, and serve with organic long-grain brown rice.
